How do I apply for a recruiter role?

After completing your membership registration, you can access your dashboard and select "Employment Service Qualification Verification" from the menu. Fill in the necessary information on that page, ensure it is accurate, and submit it.

HuntByte will contact you within three business days after receiving your application. After verifying your identity and qualifications, your account privileges will be activated.

Please note that if you do not hold employment service qualifications but still wish to engage in recruiter activities, you can select "Employment Service Qualification and Certification Assistance" under the customized services section on HuntByte's Matching Program Acceleration page and provide your contact details.

HuntByte staff will reach out to you within three business days after receiving your application.

I am an independent recruiter, what support can HuntByte provide me?

HuntByte can help you quickly expand the number of candidates you have access to and immediately increase your collaboration with multiple corporate HR teams.

As you work with corporate HR through HuntByte, you won’t need to go through extensive verification processes or sign multiple contracts with each HR team.

Additionally, HuntByte facilitates the financial transactions and related documentation between you and corporate HR, saving you a significant amount of time by managing the communication and processing.

Lastly, HuntByte offers assistance with employment service qualification certification, allowing you to recruit for corporate HR without any concerns.

How do I apply for a job opening?

Once you pass the HuntByte recruiter verification, you can submit candidates to any job opening on HuntByte.

There are three ways to source resumes for submission:

You can be matched with job seekers directly on HuntByte, create profiles for competitive candidates you already have, or proactively send match requests to promising job seekers.

How do I receive resumes?

After verifying your recruiter status, there are three ways to obtain resumes.

The first way is by setting up your professional profile, allowing job seekers to find and connect with you through search or resume matching.

The second way is by using the job seeker search function, where you can proactively match with competitive candidates.

Alternatively, you can create profiles for job seekers you already have on hand, and, with their permission, access their resumes.

How do I receive a commission?

When a recruiter assists a candidate in completing the interview process on HuntByte and the candidate successfully joins the position and passes the probation period, you can submit a commission request to HuntByte.

Once HuntByte receives your request, we will verify it with the corporate HR.

After the corporate HR has paid the relevant commission, HuntByte will handle the deduction of applicable income taxes and processing fees and then transfer the payment to you.

Is HuntByte a resume database?

HuntByte provides recruiters with a wealth of candidate profiles. In addition to searching for and being matched with resumes on HuntByte, our standout feature is that you can also create profiles for the candidates you already have on hand!

With the candidate’s consent, the profile you create can also be searchable on the platform. This way, your candidates can continue to receive opportunities passively, even during a job-seeking cooldown period.

Other recruiters or corporate HR representatives may find your profiles, potentially leading to excellent collaboration opportunities for you.

How do I contact candidates?

Once you obtain recruiter status on HuntByte, you can use the mailbox feature to contact any candidate.

If the candidate’s profile was created by someone else, you can either view the contact information on the profile or reach out to the creator for further collaboration.
