When you submit a resume, the system will guide you to select a trusted recruiter who will assist you in completing the subsequent interview process.

As long as you are a registered member of HuntByte and can provide proof of prior conversations with a recruiter, job applications, receiving an offer, and successfully completing the probation period, you can apply for the joining bonus through your user dashboard.
