Job Description
Participate in the entire life cycle of service development, encompassing system design, deployment, operation, capacity planning, and monitoring.
Implement and adhere to security best practices throughout the development process.
Monitor service availability, latency, and error logging to ensure the ongoing functionality of live services.
Enhance service reliability and scalability by implementing automation and rigorous testing procedures.
Manage and enhance the Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipeline.
Investigate and troubleshoot live service issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement preventative measures to avert future incidents.
Proactively identify problems, propose improvements, and address performance bottlenecks.
Job Requirement
Demonstrated experience in constructing and managing Google Cloud Platform (GCP) infrastructure, including serverless services, VM, K8s, IAM, networking, and monitoring services.
Proficiency in infrastructure as code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or CDK.
Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools like Prometheus, Loki, or ELK.
Hands-on experience with DevOps tools such as Git, Cloud Build, or CodeBuild.
Expertise in DNS and CDN management, including platforms like Cloudflare.
Competence in database administration, covering technologies like Redis, MySQL, and DynamoDB.
Ability to program proficiently in one or more languages, such as Javascript/TypeScript, Go, and shell programming.
