Job Description
我們正在尋找一位 公關經理 加入我們不斷成長的團隊。理想的候選人需具備為一家數據驅動型高科技公司制定並執行公關及傳播策略的能力，並展現公司核心價值：熱情、勤奮和主動積極。
公關經理將負責管理媒體相關活動，包括媒體提案、社群媒體、公關、特別活動以及內容行銷。您需要執行策略以提升品牌知名度並增加台灣市場的會員留存率。
主要職責：
媒體提案-
與當地媒體進行提案溝通，爭取媒體曝光，並維持與記者和報導者的良好關係。
社群媒體與影響者合作-
策劃並執行增加品牌知名度和粉絲數的策略。與影響者密切合作，為台灣社群製作內容，增強品牌形象。
公關-
與公關團隊合作，透過講故事的藝術，在多個廣播管道（包括廣播、電視、數位媒體、平面媒體及社群媒體）實現高品質且一致的媒體報導。
社群參與-
負責維護公司平台上的台灣部落格和社群，確保其持續活躍並吸引目標受眾參與。
1. 為台灣市場制定1年的公關策略。
2. 與產品與營運團隊密切合作，以實現公司的財務目標。
3. 為台灣市場創建、腦力激盪並執行所有行銷概念與點子。
4. 每日管理並壯大台灣的社群與部落格。
5. 積極在社群媒體與部落格發表內容。
6. 擔任台灣媒體聯繫窗口，與媒體保持良好關係。
7. 與公關團隊密切合作，推進公關活動。
8. 搜尋並建立與相關記者的合作，促成媒體文章發布。
We are looking for a Public Relations Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is capableof developing and executing a Public Relations and communications strategy for a data driven, high-techcompany and displays the core values of our company, i.e., passionate, hardworking and proactive.
The PR Manager will oversee media initiatives, including Media Pitching, Social Media, Public Relations,Special Events and Content Marketing. You will implement strategies to increase brand awareness and member retention for the Taiwanese market.
Media Pitching: You will discuss and pitch to local media publications to secure earned media
publications. You will also keep a good relationship with journalists and reporters
Social Media and Influencers: You will strategize and execute plans to increase brand awareness and
followers. You will work closely with Influencers to generate content in the Taiwanese community to
increase branding and awareness.
Public Relations: You will work closely with our PR team to generate quality and consistent media
coverage through the art of storytelling via multiple broadcast channels, including radio, TV, digital andprint media, social media across Taiwan.
Community Outreach: You will be responsible for maintaining our Taiwanese blog and community on
our platform to be constantly engaged.
●Create a 1-year Public Relations strategy for the company in Taiwan
●Collaborate and work closely with Product and Operations to achieve company’s financial goals
●Create, brainstorm and execute on all marketing concepts and ideas for Taiwanese market
●Manage and grow our Taiwanese community and blogs on a daily basis
●Actively publish and post content on our social media and blogs
●Be the point of contact for Taiwanese Media Relations
●Work closely with our PR team and and manage our PR initiatives
●Research and find relevant journalists that would be open to working with us to publish media
articles
Job Requirement
1. 在家工作（CEO訪台期間需於共同工作空間工作）。
2. 具行銷、傳播、公關或相關領域學士學位。
3. 至少2-5年的相關經驗，包含至少1年的媒體關係、公關、廣告或內容開發經驗。
4. 出色的書面及口語溝通能力。
5. 能說英語。
●Work from home. Except on days our CEO visits Taipei, we will work in a co-working space
●Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field is required
●At least 2-5 years of combined experience, and at least 1 year of experience in each of the
following areas: media relations / PR, advertising and / or content development
●Excellent written and verbal communication skills
●Able to speak English
