Recommendation Process

  • Step 1After becoming a member on the official website, prepare the resume files of your friends or family, then click Create Resume Quickly in the Admin Panel.
  • Step 2Fill in the information of the resume file owner, complete the resume setup, and save.
  • Step 3Click on My Created Candidate Resumes.
  • Step 4Select Match with a Recruiter within the resume, find a preferred recruiter, and click Request Match.
  • Step 5If the recruiter has suitable job openings, they will either request candidate information from you or contact the candidate directly.
  • Step 6When the recruiter submits the resume for your candidate and they are successfully hired, you will receive 10% of the commission as a bonus for that job placement.

How is the commission fee for each job calculated?
Job openings on HuntByte are divided into zero-commission jobs and commission-based jobs. Zero-commission jobs do not offer any commission, while commission-based jobs calculate the commission as the annual salary for the position * commission %. For example, a job with an annual salary of 1,000,000 and a commission rate of 20% would have a commission of 200,000.
How will I know if my recommended candidate has found a job?
Every company and recruiter online has signed a cooperation agreement with us. When both parties inform us that the candidate has successfully secured a commission-based job and has reported to work, we will manually send an email to the creator of the candidate's profile to confirm the details for further arrangements.
When will I receive the referral commission bonus?
The bonus will be transferred to the account provided by the referrer on the 5th of the month following the company's commission payment.
What is the difference between a referrer and a recruiter?
A recruiter must hold a Class B Employment Service Technician License and be employed by a staffing agency to perform recruitment services, involving consulting skills and extensive communication with both parties. A referrer, on the other hand, simply recommends someone’s resume to the recruiter for potential use and does not provide recruitment services.
