Job Introduction Service Agreement

This agreement informs you, the user, about the terms of cooperation with Digital Hunter Technology Co., Ltd. (the "Company") and your use of the “HuntByte” website for job search activities.

1. Article 1【Service Content】

  1. You may use the Company’s basic and premium services on the "HuntByte" website, including but not limited to resume writing, career aptitude tests, job counseling, mock interviews, and job matching.
  2. Either you or the Company may terminate cooperation at any time during job search activities by notifying the other party.
  3. You agree to use the functionalities of the "HuntByte" website to contact and provide resumes through headhunter consultants to employers.

2. Article 2【Fees】

  1. The Company provides the following services free of charge:
    • A. Use of basic services on the "HuntByte" website.
    • B. No payment is required for job recommendation services, registration fees, introduction fees, or other matching fees upon successful employment.
  2. The Company charges a fee for premium services. The service content, usage frequency, duration, and fees for premium services will be agreed upon separately.

3. Article 3【Guarantee Period】

  1. You must immediately notify the Company of your start date upon securing employment through the "HuntByte" website.
  2. The "Guarantee Period" will be agreed upon with the Company, calculated from your start date, and it is understood that the "Guarantee Period" in this contract is not equivalent to the “trial” or “probationary” period agreed upon with the employer.

4. Article 4【Onboarding Bonus】

  1. The "Onboarding Bonus" amount will be displayed on each job posting. If no amount is listed, that job does not offer an "Onboarding Bonus".
  2. The "Onboarding Bonus" will not exceed the platform service fee collected for the job. If it does, the Company reserves the right to cap the bonus at $100 USD.
  3. The amount of recruitment service fees agreed upon between the Company and the employer, minus the commission agreed upon between the Company and the headhunter, constitutes the "platform service fee" for providing this service.
  4. If you are still employed after the "Guarantee Period" ends, you may request the "Onboarding Bonus" within 14 days of the end of the "Guarantee Period".
  5. If you leave your position within the "Guarantee Period," you are not eligible for the "Onboarding Bonus".
  6. If you violate Article 1, Section 3, you are ineligible for the "Onboarding Bonus".

5. Article 5【Onboarding Bonus Dispute Resolution】

  1. If a dispute arises over eligibility or amount for the "Onboarding Bonus," the Company reserves the right to withhold the bonus until the dispute is resolved.
  2. You must provide necessary documents to assist the Company in resolving the dispute.

6. Article 6【Providing Resumes】

  1. You must provide a resume and any supporting work samples or documents as part of the job search activities.
  2. You guarantee that all information provided, including resumes, documents, and work samples, is accurate and does not infringe on third-party rights or violate legal standards.
  3. You agree to allow the Company to collect, process, and use the resume and other materials uploaded to the "HuntByte" website and share these materials with partner headhunters, employers, and third parties.
  4. If the Company, headhunter, or employer deems your resume to be lacking or erroneous, you agree to make necessary corrections.
  5. You understand and agree to the following:
    • Do not provide financial proof, deposits, or bank account information to the Company, headhunters, or employers.
    • If a headhunter or employer requests that you purchase products, insurance, services, or memberships, you must clearly refuse.
    • The Company prohibits employers from posting jobs inconsistent with their business scope and does not support postings for multi-level marketing, piece-rate, remote work, or other atypical jobs.

7. Article 7【Employment of Minors】

  1. If you are a minor, you must provide parental consent and age verification.
  2. If you are under 16, the Company will provide services in compliance with laws protecting child labor.

8. Article 8【Disclaimer】

  1. You understand and agree that the Company only provides an online platform for job matching and does not guarantee any specific number of employers or job offers.
  2. The Company does not guarantee or endorse any employer’s workplace conditions, management, development potential, or accuracy of information provided by the employer or headhunter.
  3. You are responsible for verifying the employer’s information. If disputes arise, you must resolve them directly with the employer or headhunter.

9. Article 9【Notice of Address】

  1. You agree that notifications via email are legally effective, equivalent to written notices sent to your physical address.
  2. If your email or physical address changes, you must notify the other party; otherwise, the original address remains valid.

10. Article 10【Supplemental Terms】

  1. Any matters not covered in this contract shall be handled fairly and equitably under relevant laws and the principles of mutual trust and reciprocity, governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan).
  2. If a dispute arises, both parties agree to resolve it in good faith. If unresolved, the Taipei District Court of Taiwan shall be the court of first instance.
  3. Emails, faxes, or email attachments are deemed originals, and you agree not to dispute the validity of these forms of communication.
