一、 Acknowledgment and Acceptance of Terms

（二） Infringing or damaging the reputation, privacy, trade secrets, trademark rights, copyrights, patent rights, other intellectual property rights, and other rights of the "HuntByte" website or others.
（三） Uploading, posting, transmitting, or distributing any program or data containing computer viruses or any program and data intended to damage, interfere with, interrupt, destroy, or restrict the functionality of the "HuntByte" website's software, hardware, or transmissions.
（四） Using crawlers, reverse engineering, decompiling, reverse assembling, or other methods that violate common usage to obtain data, code, or programs of the "HuntByte" website.
（五） Engaging in any activities that threaten, defame, harass, or offend others on the "HuntByte" website or cause annoyance, displeasure, or violate general netiquette.

(2) You and the "HuntByte" website agree that in case of doubt or dispute, efforts should be made to resolve it in good faith. If unresolved, the Taipei District Court shall have jurisdiction as the court of first instance.
