3、記錄客戶資訊和服務記錄，及時更新客戶檔案
職缺需求
1、國語標準、有禮貌，英文可交流最佳
2、良好的服務意識，應變能力強
3、良好的語言表達能力及溝通能力
4、工作認真負責、具有團隊精神
5、熟練使用Office辦公室軟體，打字速度快（每分鐘至少50個字）
