JOB SUMMARY:
This individual is responsible for coordinating cross-function projects in cross-border markets, ensuring that all daily operations/project related initiatives are smooth delivered & well-aligned.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Collaborate with multiple project stakeholders to evaluate risk, create actions plans, and deliver on defined project goals.
Consolidate relevant data and generate reports on a weekly & monthly basis to aid leadership team in decision making.
Organize cross-function project materials & meetings to ensure information alignment with related parties in the designated region.
Track deliverables and help to manage change as it is required in project development.
Facilitate and participate in continuous improvement projects in all aspects of the product development process.
Develop strategies for communicating to the designated local teams in the designated region, including the frequency and vehicles for communications and the coordination of communications.
Provide professional insights and strategies with good understanding toward the market and trend.
Build trustworthy and long-term relationships with new and existing project partners, clients.
Some international travel may be required.

REQUIREMENTS & QUOLIFICATIONS:
Bachelor Degree in Project Management, Business or other quantitative oriented field.
Minimum of 2-year of project management experience across the international teams.
Solid and flawless English communication skills both verbally and writing.
Strong capability to multi-task in a dynamic environment.
Proactive, Detailed & Result-oriented, Self-motivated.
Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to balance your attention to detail with swift execution - we need to do things quickly and seamlessly.
Team player, works with others proactively, efficiently, and effectively.
Excellent capability in MS office (word, excel, power-point) and e-tools.
