我的職業生涯始於新加坡的ESPN，在那裡我與一個多元化的國際團隊共事了五年。這段經歷不僅加深了我對體育媒體的欣賞，還鍛煉了我的團隊精神和協作技能。ESPN的動態環境讓我在快速變化的工作中茁壯成長，我在那裡管理了各種項目並發展了強大的領導能力。

在ESPN工作結束後，我開始了新的冒險，成為中國航空公司的商業飛行員。這個角色既具挑戰性又充滿回報，因為它需要快速思考、卓越的風險管理能力和在壓力下做出明智判斷的能力。飛越不同的大洲並管理複雜的飛行操作拓寬了我的視野並提高了我的問題解決能力。

2019年，我做出了重大的職業轉變，加入了特斯拉擔任ADAS（高級駕駛輔助系統）專家。在特斯拉，我專注於尖端技術，特別是清潔能源和創新汽車解決方案。這個職位使我能夠利用我的技術專長，為車輛開發先進的安全功能，進一步增強了我對可持續交通的認識。

一路走來，我的職涯橫跨不同領域，讓我適應挑戰、領導團隊。

現在作為獵頭顧問，主要負責生技、財務、ESG領域，也希望能透過過去的經歷，與更多有趣的靈魂互相啟發。

Hello, I'm Shine Hsu, and I'd like to share a brief overview of my professional journey, highlighting key experiences that have shaped my career.

My career kicked off at ESPN in Singapore, where I spent five incredible years working with a diverse, international team. This experience not only deepened my appreciation for sports media but also honed my team spirit and collaboration skills. The dynamic environment at ESPN allowed me to thrive in a fast-paced setting, where I managed various projects and developed strong leadership abilities.

Following my tenure at ESPN, I embarked on a new adventure as a commercial pilot with China Airlines. This role was both challenging and rewarding, as it required quick thinking, exceptional risk management, and the ability to make sound judgments under pressure. Flying across different continents and managing complex flight operations broadened my perspective and sharpened my problem-solving skills.

In 2019, I made a significant career shift and joined Tesla as an ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) Specialist. At Tesla, I focused on cutting-edge technology, specifically in the realm of clean energy and innovative automotive solutions. This position allowed me to leverage my technical expertise and contribute to the development of advanced safety features in vehicles, further enhancing my knowledge of sustainable transportation.

Throughout my diverse career, I have consistently demonstrated adaptability, strong leadership, and a commitment to excellence. I am excited to bring my unique skill set and experiences to new opportunities, where I can continue to drive innovation and achieve outstanding results.
