We (https://thewrap.life/) are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Manager to lead and optimize our eCommerce and omni-channel operations. The ideal candidate will have expert-level knowledge of Shopify and a proven track record in managing multi-channel online brands. This role demands someone with a strategic mindset, technical prowess, and the ability to lead while ensuring operational excellence across all channels.
Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or a related field.
Minimum 4 years of experience in operations, logistics, or eCommerce, including at least 3 years managing Shopify and multi-channel platforms.
Skills:
Expert-level knowledge of Shopify and integrations with tools like 3PLs and marketing platforms.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using data to drive decisions.
Proven ability to manage teams, set goals, and achieve measurable results.
Exceptional communication and leadership skills to foster cross-department collaboration.

** You’ll be required to work at least 4 hours overlapping from EST 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
**You will observe the Wrap Life’s Holiday Schedule, as updated from time to time. Alternative hours/days may be arranged with your Manager.
eCommerce Operations Management:
Oversee and optimize all Shopify operations, ensuring the platform is running smoothly and efficiently.
Manage integrations between Shopify, and third-party tools, such as 3PL providers (e.g., ShipBob), and marketing platforms.
Monitor and maintain site performance, troubleshooting technical issues to minimize downtime or disruptions.
Omni-Channel Strategy & Execution:
Implement and manage seamless operations across all sales channels, including Shopify, Target, Tiktok Shop, and other marketplaces.
Ensure inventory synchronization and order fulfillment efficiency across channels.
Develop and execute strategies to enhance the customer experience and drive brand loyalty across channels.
Team Leadership:
Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing operations team, ensuring alignment with company goals.
Set clear KPIs for the team and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Lead cross-functional collaboration to align operations with marketing, product, and customer service departments.
Process Optimization:
Analyze operational workflows to identify inefficiencies and implement solutions for scalability.
Develop and maintain SOPs for order fulfillment, returns, inventory management, and channel-specific requirements.
Leverage data to drive decision-making and optimize logistics, fulfillment, and overall customer satisfaction.
Reporting & Compliance:
Monitor key metrics across platforms and prepare regular reports for leadership, summarizing performance and actionable insights.
Ensure all operations comply with legal, regulatory, and industry standards.
Direct Report Management:
Lead, mentor, and develop a direct report, ensuring alignment with operational goals and professional growth.
Provide regular feedback and conduct performance reviews to maintain accountability and support development.

**The annual bonus will range from 3% to 6%, and The Wrap Life reserves the right to finalize the numbers. **The Employee is entitled to ten (10) days of annual leave and three (3) paid sick leave from January 1 each year or the number of annual leave required by the Labor Standards Act, whichever is greater.
